No. VR HERE does not collect, store, share, or process any personal data. The application does not require registration, does not create user accounts, and does not identify users in any way. Users remain fully anonymous while using the VR HERE application.

When using VR HERE on Meta Quest devices, certain technical information may be processed directly by Meta Platforms, Inc., according to Meta’s own Privacy Policy. Telekom Srbija does not receive, access, or control any of that data.

To ensure technical functionality and prevent misuse, VR HERE may generate minimal, anonymous system logs (e.g., error reports). These logs:

• Do not contain personal data.
• Are used only for operational stability.
• Are deleted within short technical intervals.
• Are never shared with third parties.

VR HERE does not use cookies. The application may store only essential, temporary settings locally on the Meta Quest device (e.g., volume level). We do not have access to these settings.

To activate access to VR content, the user generates a one-time, anonymous activation code through the Moj mts mobile app or portal.

• This code is strictly for session authorization and is not linked to a persistent user profile.
• VR HERE does not access Moj mts account data and cannot identify the user.

As VR HERE does not collect, store, or process any personal data or create user accounts, there is no user data stored on our servers to be deleted. Any local settings stored on your Meta Quest device (such as volume levels) are removed automatically if you uninstall the application from your device.
