In an exciting thriller, the first coproduction between Serbia and Spain, Milena Radulović plays the main part. She said that the role of Irina was life-changing.

“I am greatly honoured that such a serious team decided that I should interpret the lead role, that of Irina. This is my first leading role in a series, which is a major challenge and responsibility. I received combat training; when acting I use Russian and Spanish, which I learnt to speak specifically for this project," she said.

Apart from Milena, a second leading role was entrusted to Juanlo Gonzalez, one of the most famous Spanish actors of the younger generation. The Serbian cast of the Scar includes Goran Šušljik, Stefan Kapičić and Mladen Sovilj. In a statement to Tanjug TV Šušljik said that Serbian cinematography had made a significant progress in the past ten years, that working on that project was an opportunity for local professionals from the industry to demonstrate what they knew and that in no way did they lag behind other world productions.
The project will be led by the production companies, Plano a Plano and Dopamine, with Asacha Media Group and Adrenalin of Serbia as executive producers.

The plot of the Scar portrays the fate of a young and smart Simon (Gonzales) who is on the road of selling his algorithm to a large corporation and becoming a billionaire. The entire script is based on the best-seller by Juan Gomes-Jurado, so that it is almost certain that once its tv screening is launched, the Scar will notch up international success and popularity.
