Telekom Srpske a.d. Banja Luka
The main activity of the company is the provision of telecommunications services in the field of fixed and mobile telephony in national and international traffic, the Internet, and multimedia services. It is also registered to provide other telecommunications services, including other fixed telephony services, data transmission, lease of lines, private lines, network-wide services and additional mobile telephony services.
Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske a.d. (Telekom Srpske a.d. Banja Luka and/or Mtel a.d. Banja Luka), based in Banja Luka, has been the legal successor of Javno osnovno državno preduzeće za telekomunikacije Republike Srpske since December 2002. Namely, during 2002, based on the Privatization Law in Republika Srpska and the Decision of the Government of Republika Srpska, 20% of the state-owned capital of this affiliate was privatized. By the decision of the Basic Court in Banja Luka of December 12, 2002, the change of name into Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske a.d. Banja Luka and status change through the sale of part of the state capital were registered. On June 18, 2007, after purchasing 65% of the state-owned capital, Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd officially becomes the majority owner of the affiliate, Telekom Srpske a.d. Banja Luka.
On February 1, 2010, Mtel a.d. Banja Luka concluded an Agreement on the purchase of a 49% stake in Mtel d.o.o. Podgorica.

- Logosoft d.o.o. Sarajevo (with a 100% ownership stake) and its subsidiary Mts sistemi i integracije d.o.o. Beograd (with a 100% owernership stake of Logosoft d.o.o. Sarajevo),
- Blicnet d.o.o. Banja Luka (with a 100% ownership stake),
- FINANC d.o.o. Banja Luka (with a 100% ownership stake),
- MTEL Global d.o.o. Beograd (with a 41% ownership stake).
