The Contract on the Acquisition of Stake of Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd in the share capital of the business company MTEL Global d.o.o. Beograd (under the former business name GO4YU d.o.o. Beograd) was concluded in August 2015 and the said company was registered as a limited liability company in the Business Entities Register of the Business Registers Agency of the Republic of Serbia, under ID number 21020958 and with the tax identification no. (TIN) 108544816. The predominant activity is wireless telecommunications.
Upon the conclusion of the Contract on the transfer of the stake of 9 April 2019 based on which a 3.96% stake was transferred from the minority member of the company, the company Dimedia Group Limited, Hong Kong, to the majority member, Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd and the conclusion of the Contract on the accession of a new member and the increase of capital by a new contribution of 11 July 2019, between Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd and the new member of the company - Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske a.d. Banja Luka, the new ownership structure of the company was established, so that Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd now has a 59% stake and Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske a.d. Banja Luka a 41% stake in the total share capital of the company.
The change of the business name to MTEL Global d.o.o. Beograd was registered with the Business Registers Agenc on 3 September 2020.
