NEW PLAQUE FOR CONTRIBUTION TO DEVELOPMENT OF SPORTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
The Sports Alliance of Persons with Disabilities declared the best sportsmen of the City of Belgrade for 2023 and granted recognitions to collectives and individuals who had especially contributed to the work of the alliance. In the presence of reputed sportsmen and sports workers, representatives of numerous clubs, organizations of disabled persons, sports associations and other institutions, results achieved by the sportsmen with disabilities were praised and said to be every year more noticeable. Corporate Philanthropy Manager Jelena Đondović received the Plaque on behalf of Telekom Srbija and handed over recognitions to some of the best sportsmen with disability.
The Sports Alliance of Persons with Disabilities of Belgrade is an organization with a long tradition and reputation. It was founded in 1970 and is a pillar of sports and recreation gatherings of the entire population of disabled persons in Belgrade. It consists of 36 organizations with over 1700 members from all parts of the City and offers its services to over 2,500 individuals of both sexes, all ages and types of disability.
In order to secure better conditions for progress in sports and easier integration in society, our company will continue to support the Sports Alliance of Persons with Disabilities of Belgrade.
