mts brand is new title sponsor of trendy hall in city centre
Telekom Srbija, with its mts brand, is the title sponsor of the Kombank Hall, formerly the Trade Union Hall – a facility which for decades now, has been an important venue of culture and art events in the Balkans. This cult, multi-functional Hall situated in the city centre, will officially become the mts hall as of 29 April.
Director of the Kombank Hall Igor Stanković told the press conference as follows: “Culture, entertainment and the artistic features of the would-be mts hall are the values which we will continue to foster. In our partnership with mts, the vision of the creative formation and promotion of the content of the mts hall will be even more significant. The tradition fostered by the Trade Union Hall over its sixty-year-long tradition, will, in partnership with mts, be the market leader in every segment of its business operations, contribute to the mts hall remaining the trendy venue embedded in the DNA of all generations as the best, and currently also the most beautiful culture, entertainment, music and art venue in Belgrade and the whole of Serbia”, Stanković said.
Telekom Srbija CEO Vladimir Lučić had this to say: “First of all, I would like to say that I am immensely pleased with the Hall, so far recognized by its former name Trade Union Hall, will bear the name mts hall in the period to come. This has resulted from the long-term sponsorship agreement which we have signed today. When I say so, it is important, on one hand, to bear in mind the fact that the Trade Union Hall has been a trendy venue not only of Belgrade, but also Serbian (and formerly Yugoslav) culture, and on the other, that over the last few years, Telekom Srbija has been synonymous with the production of the best domestic series and films, and famous for its support for culture in the broadest sense of the word. It is precisely for this reason that we consider this partnership a completely natural move for both our company and partners. I am confident that our cooperation will bring an even better cultural offer for all citizens and guests of Belgrade and that the mts hall will be a gathering place for all culture devotees“, Lučić concluded.
