mts proclaimed best mobile network in Serbia for third consecutive year, confirms Ratel
This year too, the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) has conducted measurements of the quality of mobile networks in Serbia which confirmed that mts is the best mobile network for a third consecutive year.
“To build, rollout and maintain the best mobile network in Serbia is not our ultimate goal, but a means to provide our customers with the highest quality services on the market. The fact that our mobile network has been the best for a third year in a row according to measurements conducted by RATEL, the only official national institution in Serbia in charge of measuring the quality of mobile networks, clearly testifies to our being committed to our customers and continual investments in the modernization of the infrastructure. I would like to thank all of my colleagues for our joint success and once again call on our customers to continue to use our services to their satisfaction and we shall do our best to live up to their trust in the future as well“, Telekom Srbija CEO Vladimir Lučić said.
The credit facility which was signed between the European Investment Bank and Telekom Srbija two days ago, envisaging an investment of 70 million euros in the rollout of the 5G telecommunications network and extension of the existing 4G network across Serbia, will significantly contribute to our additionally improving customer experience through the implementation of the last generation infrastructure. The EIB’s support will make it possible for 60% of Serbian citizens to have access to a cutting-edge 5G network and for the benefits of the 4G network to expand and be accessible to almost all citizens.
The benchmarking of mobile networks was conducted in the course of September, October and November 2021.
