Telekom Srbija to Screen Last Mihic’s Work
After three successful projects, the series entitled “Državni službenik”, “Nek ide život” and “Neki bolji ljudi”, Telekom Srbija, in cooperation with TV Pink, started shooting a romantic comedy called “Zlatni dani”. At a news conference, the crew marked the first take of the sitcom made according to the script of one of greatest Serbian screenwriters, Gordan Mihić, directed by Marko Sopić and produced by Stella Production.
The series takes place in Belgrade and shows a young couple Lale and Maca (Andrija Kuzmanović and Tamara Krcunović), who after their failed marriages and only 48 hours of knowing each other, decide to start living together. They both have kids from their previous relationships, and just when they are about to begin their life together, their families, friends and neighbors start meddling with their lives, stirring things up with their problems, emotions and adventures, and showing that life always has a funny side to it. It is exactly this humor that makes the story honest, healing and interesting.
According to the words of Anita Todorović and Nina Radulović, the executive producers from the production company Stella Production, this is a story about the importance of family, human kindness, the inability to cope with life, and the everlasting right to love, laugh and cry.
At a cocktail party held at the beginning of shooting of the “Zlatni dani” series, the guests were addressed by Vladimir Lučić, the coordinator for Internet and multimedia of the Telekom Srbija Group, who expressed great satisfaction at the company’s new cooperation with TV Pink: “Since the launch of our Superstar TV Channel, we have had great support and partnership with TV Pink. Our intention is to bring back on screen comedies reminiscent of the good old sitcoms that have been rare over the last few years. It is a great honor, and I wish to thank TV Pink and the production company for choosing us as a partner in this series.
Željko Mitrović, the owner of TV Pink, said proudly: “This project is especially important for all of us because this is Mihić’s last work. We did three or four projects with him and they were all very successful, so I hope this series will be equally interesting to the audience. The viewers of TV Pink will be able to see as many as six or seven series in the new season. Some of them are done in partnership with Telekom Srbija, which is a great honor and pleasure because our team has proven very successful in the production of the local series program“.
Apart from Andrija Kuzmanović and Tamara Krcunović, the characters of this romantic comedy are played by numerous actors including: Mima Karadžić, Snežana Savić, Amar Ćorović, Uroš Jakovljević, Jana Milosavljević, Maja Šipovac, Vuk Kostić, Dušanka Duda Glid, Miloš Đorđević Coka and Mladen Sovilj.
The shooting of the “Zlatni dani” series, which for the time being has 30 episodes, will last four months on various locations in Belgrade and its surroundings, while the first episode will premiere on 31 October this year.
