Toma series premieres on Superstar channel!
After the great success of the film about one of the greatest bohemians from this region, Toma Zdravković, Telekom Srbija presents its series “Toma” which will premiere on the Superstar channel on Saturday, 23 December. Starting from this weekend, the audience will be able to learn new information and details from Toma’s life through the eight episodes, running on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 p.m.
The biographical series, done in cooperation with Minacord production, is a story about a man whom we do not only remember for his songs and the way he used to sing them, but also as a great bohemian – in his behaviour and in his soul. Through the series, the viewers will be able to see an impressionist portrait of Toma Zdravković which shows the very beginning of his career, but also the height of his fame, his loves that inspired him to write the lyrics and compose his greatest hits, as well as his relationship with a great number of friends he had in the artistic milieu of the then Yugoslavia.
Apart from Toma, through the series we will also get to know the lives of other well-known artists of the time such as Zoran Radmilović, Mika Antić, Tozovac and Silvana Armenulić. The actor Milan Marić plays the main role, while Tamara Dragičević, Andrija Kuzmanović, Mirjana Karanović, Slobodan Ninković, Marko Janketić, Ivan Zekić, Srđan Todorović, Olivera Bacić, Denis Murić, Vukota Brajović, Lazar Sakan, Vojin Ćetković, Đorđe Stojković, Iva Ilinčić, Tamara Šustić, Milena Radulović, Paulina Manov, Vaja Dujović and many others also feature in the series.
