mts D.O.O.
The business company mts D.O.O. was founded in October 2015, in accordance with the Telecommunications Agreement, which was concluded in Brussels in 2013, and the Action Plan from the sphere of telecommunications, agreed in 2015, for the purpose of publishing the telecommunications activity on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija.
Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd is the founder of the said business company and its only member with a 100% stake.
The management of mts D.O.O. is organized in one tier. The bodies of mts D.O.O. are the Shareholders Meeting and the director.
The primary activity of mts D.O.O. is the activity of wire telecommunications, while the secondary activity is wireless telecommunications. The company is also registered for other, accompanying activities.
In the first half of 2020, mts D.O.O. acquired the business companies – cable operators Lika d.o.o. from Zvečan and VGN Net d.o.o. from Kosovska Mitrovica and in 2021 it acquired the company HERC INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. Štrpce, which became its direct related legal entities with a 100% stake of mts D.O.O. in their share capital and also the legal entities where Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd has an indirect stake. Both operators are registered for the activity of cable telecommunications and offer services on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija.
The company Lika d.o.o. of Zvečan was erased from the relevant business companies register in 2022.
