The business company MOJA SUPERNOVA d.o.o. Beograd (under the former business name: the Company for Production, Trade and Engineering Kopernikus Technology d.o.o. Beograd) was founded in August 1998 and today successfully deals with cable telecommunications as the predominant registered activity. By its cable network and services that it provides to physical and legal entities, MOJA SUPERNOVA d.o.o. Beograd covers mostly the interior of the Republic of Serbia, with the tendency to expand its network and enrich its service offer.
On 1 November 2018, Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd concluded a contract on the purchase and transfer of a stake in the overall share capital of MOJA SUPERNOVA d.o.o. Beograd, and became the only member of this business company, with a 100% stake in its ownership structure.
The management of MOJA SUPERNOVA d.o.o. Beograd is organized in one tier, while the corporate bodies are the General Meeting and the director.
The change of the business name into MOJA SUPERNOVA d.o.o. Beograd was registered with the Business Registers Agency on 4 September 2020.
Also, in 2020, the cable operators are merged by absorption with the company MOJA SUPERNOVA d.o.o. Beograd.
