The Company for Designing and Building Information Systems YUnet International d.o.o. Beograd began to operate in May 1996, as the first commercial Internet provider in the Republic of Serbia. As a managed service provider, it has been successfully operating on the Serbian market for over 20 years.
The predominant activity of the Company are cable telecommunications.
Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd is the majority member of the Company, with a 82.026% stake in the ownership structure.
The management of the Company is organized in two tiers.
The corporate bodies of the Company are: the General Meeting, the Supervisory Board and the director.
