The parent business company - Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd, acquired ownership over 57.89% of the shares, i.e. majority ownership over the total share capital of the mts banka (under the former business name Dunav Banka a.d. Beograd), upon the completion of the procedure of simultaneous decrease and increase of the share capital by the General Meeting of the said bank, pursuant to the Contract on Registration, concluded in December 2014 with the companies Dunav Osiguranje and Dunav RE, and upon the completed payment in the procedure of increasing the share capital. Thus, preconditions were created for the provision of mobile banking services to telecommunications service users of Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd. After that, Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd has, up to now, several times acquired additional shares of the mts banka and increased its stake in its overall share capital, including the purchase of the shares of the mts banka that were in the ownership of the companies Dunav Osiguranje and Dunav RE, and the purchase of shares from the minority shareholders of the mts banka, so that at this moment the stake of Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd in the mts banka is 100%.
