mts D.O.O.
The business company mts D.O.O. was established in October 2015, in accordance with the Brussels Agreement and the Action Plan from the sphere of telecommunications, for the purpose of performing the telecommunications activity on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija. It is registered for the provision of the following electronic communications services:
- Services of the public fixed network: voice telephone service, value added services, leased line service, data transmission service (Internet access), service of media content distribution,
- Services of the public mobile network: voice telephone service and data transmission service.
Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd is the founder of the said business company and its sole member with a 100% stake.
The management of mts D.O.O. is organized as a one-tier system. The bodies of mts D.O.O. are the General Meeting and the director.
In the first half of 2020, mts D.O.O. acquired the business companies - cable operators Lika d.o.o. of Zvečan and VGN Net d.o.o. of Kosovska Mitrovica which became its direct related legal entities with mts D.O.O having 100% stake in their share capital as well as legal entities in which Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd has a direct share. Both operators were registered for the activity of cable telecommunications and provide their services in the territory of Kosovo-Metohija.
