Who is entitled to participate in General Meeting sessions?
Pursuant to Article 8.3 of the Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd Articles of Association, a shareholder with a minimum of 0.1% of the shares in the total number of Company shares or a proxy representing a minimum of 0.1% of the total number of Company shares of the relevant class, is entitled personally to participate in General Meeting sessions. The shareholders who individually hold less than 0.1% of the total number of shares of the relevant class, are entitled to participate in General Meeting sessions through a joint proxy or vote in absentia in accordance with the Company Law and the Articles of Association.
