MASKO d.o.o. Beograd
The Company for Engineering, Trade and Services MASKO d.o.o. Beograd was established in Belgrade (New Belgrade) in 2001 as a cable TV service provider. At present, MASKO d.o.o. Beograd is a multi-service cable operator which, thanks to a developed technological base and cable and distribution network offers its customers and business clients various cable services – cable and digital television, cable Internet and digital phone services.
Digital television is available to customers with 75, 115 or 165 TV channels, while the Internet packages involve high data transmission speeds. By concluding a contract on the purchase and transfer of a stake in the overall share capital of MASKO d.o.o. Beograd in January 2019, Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd became the only member of this business company, with a 100% share in its ownership structure.
The management of MASKO d.o.o. Beograd is organized in one-tier, while the corporate bodies are the General Meeting and the director.
